Antonio, Fort Worth, and Humble! The Law Office of Bryan Fagan is
seeking a seasoned management accountant to ensure fiscal
responsibility and lead accounting functions within our firm. As
the Management Accountant, you will be responsible for performing
all accounting functions, including budgeting, forecasting,
financial reporting, and compliance with regulatory standards. You
will play a critical role in providing financial insights and
recommendations to senior management, allowing for informed
decision-making and the sustainable growth of the firm. Key
Responsibilities Your accounting expertise will be essential in
developing and implementing financial procedures and policies that
enhance operational efficiency. You will perform comprehensive
accounting duties and provide technical oversight to external
accounting professionals, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You
will collaborate closely with department heads to monitor expenses
against budget allocations and optimize resource utilization. If

Expertise Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related
field; CPA or CMA certification preferred. Minimum of 7-10 years of
progressive experience in accounting or finance, with at least 3-5
years performing advanced accounting functions. In-depth knowledge
of accounting principles, regulations, and financial reporting
requirements. Experience working in a law firm or similar services
industry is highly desirable. Proficient in accounting software and
ERP systems; experience with Clio or similar legal practice
management software is a plus. Strong technical accounting skills
with the ability to provide guidance and technical oversight to
staff. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking
abilities. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for
effective collaboration across departments. Ability to work in a
fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities with tight
deadlines. Strong ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining
