their whole selves to work. About The Role The Senior Product Line
Manager is responsible for supporting the strategic management,
ongoing oversight, and evolution of our product lines distributed
through strategic partners and multiple sales channels. This role
plays a key part in the company’s product strategy by helping to
identify and deliver meaningful features, enhancements, and
value-added capabilities that strengthen market competitiveness
through new product launches. The Senior Product Line Manager
serves as the product expert and drives results through
cross-functional collaboration while ensuring alignment with
business objectives, regulatory requirements, and customer needs.
Responsibilities Lead the implementation, ongoing management, and
enhancement of the Fixed, Index, Registered Indexed-Linked
Annuities (RILA), and Variable product lines. Identify, evaluate,
and prioritize product differentiation opportunities including
feature enhancements, usability improvements, and customer
experience innovations. Support ongoing optimization of existing
products by helping to identify enhancement opportunities that
improve competitiveness, usability, and customer value beyond
initial product launch. Analyze market trends, competitor
offerings, sales performance, and customer feedback to inform
product strategy and enhancement decisions. Partner
cross-functionally with Product Development, Technology,
Operations, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Sales to execute
product initiatives and enhancements. Develop and maintain product
roadmaps focused on continuous improvement and differentiation.
Serve as a point of contact for product-related matters including
marketing, rate setting, operations, legal, and compliance. Engage
with IMO and distribution partners to understand preferences,
analyze sales trends, and identify opportunities to optimize
product performance. Draft and deliver product and feature
announcements, comparative materials, and positioning content
aligned with distribution strategy. Lead cross-functional working
groups, chair meetings, prepare agendas, document outcomes, and
ensure timely follow-up. Oversee the creation, review, and approval
of marketing, point-of-sale, and support materials to ensure
accuracy, compliance, and strategic alignment. Support annual
governance activities, including Owners Acknowledgement reviews, in
partnership with Legal and Compliance. Monitor product and
enhancement performance post-launch and incorporate insights into
future development efforts. Qualifications & Skills 5 years of
experience in product management, product strategy, project
management, operations, sales, or marketing within financial
services. Annuity products and industry knowledge is strongly
preferred. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to
translate insights into actionable product enhancements. Proven
ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a regulated
environment. Experience conducting competitive analysis and
supporting product differentiation strategies. Excellent verbal,
written, and presentation skills. Strong relationship management
and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to manage multiple
priorities in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong
organizational and follow-up skills. Proficiency in Microsoft
Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Compensation The anticipated
salary range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000 at the
commencement of employment. Not all candidates will be eligible for
the upper end of the salary range. The actual compensation offered
will ultimately be dependent on multiple factors, which may include
the candidate’s geographic location, skills, experience and other
qualifications. In addition, the position is eligible for a
discretionary bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable
