Job Description Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Spring, Texas. This fully on-site role involves client-facing responsibilities and requires excellent organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating initiative and adaptability while supporting business operations. Please note that this is a contract position. Responsibilities: • Coordinate schedules, manage calendars, and organize meetings to support daily operations. • Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite. • Maintain efficient filing systems and ensure the office is running smoothly with general administrative tasks. • Manage client data entry and updates, with Salesforce experience being advantageous. • Handle inbound calls and provide attentive receptionist support. • Assist in organizing and tracking office supplies to maintain a productive workspace. • Collaborate with team members to address administrative needs and improve workflows. • Provide proactive support to ensure deadlines and commitments are met. • Generate accurate reports and summaries to support executive decision-making.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative roles. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Experience handling client-facing responsibilities with professionalism. • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus. • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.
