people turn their financial dreams into realities. About The Role
This team member ensures all service level agreements and targets
are achieved for assigned agencies, accounts and corresponding
cases on a daily basis. They are responsible for supporting
business strategies which bring alignment with the planned
operational experience for the assigned distribution partner. They
coordinate across internal teams for escalated case level or
trending operational issues. Finally, the Case Relationship Manger
maintains frequent communication with external key relationships to
resolve case escalations, discuss operational trends, build and
manage relationships Responsibilities Maintain customer experience
optimization by way of solving problems, managing internal and
external communications, and driving to specific outcomes relating
to each account assigned. Independently manages key agency
customers’ books of business to identify internal and external
actions required to meet specific customer needs. Represents the
business to UW, L&C, New Business & Sales colleagues. Drive the
team to specific outcomes relating to their accounts, customers,
and book of business. Proactively manages metrics for each assigned
relationship, identifying trends for ‘at risk’ business and or
relationships. Proactively shares home office changes and identify
and preparing for agency changes which impact home office
operations. Please note this is not an exhaustive list of all

may change in line with business needs. Skills and Qualifications
Knowledge of Case Management principles & strategies, our products
& operational and business processes, as well as service management
ideals. Leadership skills to lead and influence without direct
authority Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a
demonstrated ability to work across customer groups, business
functions and teams that are geographically dispersed. Able to deal
with difficult and challenging situations. Understands vendor
fulfillment and submission processes Ability to navigate a complex
organization structure to locate information and solve problems
based on varying levels of urgency and priority Working knowledge
of Microsoft Office and other systems and/or software used for
policy administration, communication, spread sheeting and web
platforms Compensation: In addition, the position is eligible for a
discretionary bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable
