Status: Full Time FLSA Status: Non - Exempt JOB SUMMARY: The Lead
Maintenance Technician's role is to maintain the facilities for
Eureka Multifamily Group's Properties. Lead Maintenance Technicians
should display strong problem solving and decision-making skills
with a solid understanding of building maintenance, repairs,
refurbishments, cleaning and managing staff.They should be
knowledgeable in building and equipment mainte nance procedures and
have extensive knowledge of health and safety regulations and
practices. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Inspect sites regularly to
identify problems and necessary maintenance. Prepare weekly
maintenance schedules and allocate work as per forecasted
workloads. Supervise and train workers. Coordinate daily cleaning
and maintenance activities. Oversee all repairs and ensure that
work is completed on time. Maintain all inventory and equipment,
and ensure proper storage. Comply with all health and safety
regulations and practices on site. Conduct preventative maintenance
work. Conduct follow-ups on all maintenance and repair work.
Conduct safety inspections as scheduled. Establish strategies to
meet workload demands on time. Walks property to inspect grounds
and addresses any issues promptly and reports any issues to
management. Other duties as assigned. PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORKING

devices (i.e. hand trucks, appliance dollies, additional persons
etc.). Specific vision abilities required by the job include close
vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth
perception, and the ability focus. Additionally, the employee works
in an outdoor environment and is exposed to adverse weather
conditions. The noise level in the work environment may be moderate
