onsite role based in Greenville and Liberty, SC. How You'll Make an
Impact: \n Assist Engineering in the development phase. \n Lead
project and assist project teams assigned during the electrical
assembly phase. \n Plan, organize, and control the build process
and related costs. \n Work cross functionally with all departments
during all phases of the project including de-bug and runoff. \n
Verify arrival of materials to ensure they are available when
needed. \n \n Keep the project team up to date on key project
details, and keep the team informed on workload, and hours
required. \n \n Drive best practice and cost savings opportunities
with the electrical team. \n Assign and track tasks for the project
team so that all resources are used to their full potential. \n \n
\n Strive to achieve the highest level of performance from each
team member as it relates to their individual ability. \n Provide
team member concerns/issues to Sr Leads and Managers surrounding
employee expectations, so management can provide feedback,
coaching, and accountability to insure employees meet company
expectations as needed. \n \n \n Support, promote, and execute
company initiatives. \n Ensure that changes and problems get
documented and communicated. \n Provide timely customer service to
both internal and external customers. \n \n \n Communicate with the
Sr. Lead Electrician, Electrical Manager and Project Manager on
open issues, milestones, release status, timing, hours, and budget
concerns. \n Responsible for assisting the Sr. Lead Electrician and
Electrical Manager in developing the electrical team through
leadership, experience, positive attitude, encouragement, and
training. \n Support the quoting team by giving input on concepts,
hours, and material costs. \n Maintain a clean and organized work
area. \n Demonstrate a commitment to upholding the highest
standards of safety, on-time delivery, and quality of our products.
\n Assist Sr. Lead Electrician and Electrical Manager on holding
team accountable to company policy and procedure. \n Effectively
and safely: \n Troubleshoot wiring and circuits \n Wire according
to NEC \n Read and understand schematics \n \n \n Coordinate tear
down and installation. This begins in the design phase to help the
engineer break up the job into sections sized to ship. Determine
sequence of tear down and figure out tools and resources to do
install. \n \n Note: This list of responsibilities is inclusive;
however, it is intended to be a guideline for activities. What
You'll Bring: \n High school diploma, or equivalent certification
\n Three years' electrical experience \n Related vocational
education preferred \n Journeyman's card preferred \n Strong
mechanical aptitude with a focus on safety and quality. \n Proven
ability to accept and give direction, set expectations, and hold
team members accountable to meet timing, budget, and customer
expectations. \n Ability to train and mentor. \n Ability to
maintain a steady pace while bending, kneeling, climbing ladders,
and climbing onto and beneath machines. \n Ability to lift to 50
lbs. as required. \n Ability to obtain a Hi-Lo (Forklift), Aerial
Platform and Overhead Crane license, along with Lock Out Tag Out
training, while employed at JR. \n Ability to provide own hand
tools and toolbox suitable for the job (a list of those recommended
will be provided). \n Travel at least 20% of the time may be
required. This may include domestic and international travel
