Job Description:
Clean Harbors, a leader in environmental, energy, and industrial
services across North America, is seeking a skilled Construction
Equipment Hub Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance
operations of our construction equipment fleet. The ideal candidate
will have a strong mechanical background with experience in
managing teams and ensuring the highest standards of operational
efficiency. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day
maintenance and repair of construction equipment, ensuring
compliance with safety regulations and company standards. You will
manage a team of dedicated maintenance technicians, coordinating
their schedules and responsibilities to maximize productivity.
You'll also develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to
minimize downtime and ensure seamless operations. As the
Construction Equipment Hub Maintenance Manager, you will work
closely with other departments to ensure equipment availability and
reliability, while managing vendor and supplier relationships for
parts and services. You will also be responsible for tracking and
reporting on maintenance activities, operational performance, and
cost control measures to support our strong commitment to safety,
teamwork, and continuous improvement. We are looking for a

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans. Coordinate with
other departments to ensure seamless operations and equipment
availability. Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers for
equipment parts and services. Track and report on maintenance
activities, operational performance, and cost control measures.
Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of construction
equipment maintenance. Proficiency in using computer maintenance
management systems (CMMS). Excellent leadership and team management
skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to
