automotive service needs and provide detailed information on
available services. Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to
identify service needs and explain findings to customers. Prepare
accurate estimates and facilitate service bookings in a friendly
and professional manner. Communicate effectively with the service
team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. Build strong
relationships with customers and ensure follow-up on service
satisfaction. Stay up-to-date on the latest automotive technologies
and repair procedures. Maintain a clean and organized service area

for almost 50 years and look Requirements Qualifications: Proven
experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar role.
Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong
knowledge of automotive systems and repairs. Ability to manage
multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced
environment. Proficient in using service management software and
diagnostic tools. High school diploma or equivalent; automotive
technical training is a plus. Valid driver's license with a clean
driving record. Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented with a
proactive approach to problem-solving. A positive attitude and a
passion for customer satisfaction. Ability to work well in a team
and contribute to a collaborative work environment. Exceptional
time management skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
