Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team of skilled professionals. As an integral member of our shop, you will play a key role in maintaining our reputation for excellence by providing top-notch service to our customers. With access to the highest quality equipment and tools, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise while contributing to our team's success. Service Advisor Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and ascertain their vehicle service needs. Provide accurate estimates for automotive repairs and services. Schedule appointments and manage the service workflow efficiently. Act as a liaison between customers and our technician team to ensure clear communication. Maintain detailed records of services performed, parts used, and customer interactions. Promote a positive shop culture by fostering teamwork, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence. Required Skills and Qualifications for Service Advisor Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive customer experiences. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of automotive maintenance and repair services. Proficiency with computer systems and software related to automotive repair. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Preferred Skills and Qualifications Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive setting.
