Job Description:
HCA Healthcare invites recent nursing graduates to apply for our
New Graduate Residency Program in Medical-Surgical Telemetry. This
program is designed to equip new nurses with the specific skills,
knowledge, and experience required to thrive in hospital settings,
focusing on telemetry and medical-surgical units. Participants in
the program can expect a supportive learning environment with a
structured blend of educational sessions, hands-on practice, and
mentorship under the guidance of seasoned healthcare professionals.
Our goal is to provide you with the foundation necessary to launch
a successful nursing career, ensuring competence, confidence, and
the ability to deliver compassionate patient care in a fast-paced
environment. Participate in educational sessions and interactive
learning focused on med surg tele nursing. Implement patient care
under supervision, manage case assignments, document care pathways
and evaluate patient progress. Collaborate with healthcare teams to
ensure optimal patient outcomes. Adhere to safety standards and
protocols while providing high-quality, compassionate care. Engage
with mentorship opportunities to grow skills and confidence in
medical-surgical and telemetry nursing. Strong foundational nursing
skills Ability to handle high-stress situations Excellent

Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license by the start of
