This position offers an opportunity to work as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) supporting students in a school setting located in Conroe, TX. This contract role is onsite and offers a consistent schedule of 4 days per week (32 hours), providing services through the 2025-2026 school year. Key Responsibilities: Provide speech therapy services to students on one elementary campus. Assist with evaluations, Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings. Manage a caseload of approximately 60-80 students. Collaborate closely with the Speech-Language Pathologist and school staff to support student progress. Maintain documentation and comply with district policies related to student records and therapy. Qualifications: Valid Speech-Language Pathology Assistant license. Experience working in a school environment supporting elementary students. Ability to manage a sizable caseload and maintain detailed records. Strong communication skills and ability to participate effectively in collaborative team meetings. Willingness to work onsite in Conroe, TX, with reliable transportation.
