Job Description Job Description Salary: Primary Responsibilities The project manager is responsible for the scope, resources, budget, and oversight of all site capital projects. Developing project budgets, schedules, bid packages, completes design material take-off for project purchasing and deliveries. Procuring necessary contractors and equipment to complete capital projects Performing turn-key management of multiple projects simultaneously and verifies that contractors have met all standard specifications. Verifying all contractor work is following Corrigan OSB, LLC safety standards. Conducting safety and daily progress meetings for all fieldwork Conducting project reviews and analysis upon completion. Directing site development, foundation, structural and mechanical fabrication and installations for capital projects Finding ways to reduce the cost of equipment and supplies Job Experience A willingness to learn and grow is critical for this position. Outstanding safety and attendance record Bachelors degree in an engineering discipline, preferred 5 years experience in engineering and/or project management Proficiency in Computer Aided Drafting (2D and 3D) and Microsoft Office suite Experience in writing project scopes, bid packages, and construction agreements Behavioral Skills Behavioral skills are critical for determining success in a career.
