seeking a Second Shift T echnician or Technical Specialist with
knowledge, skills, and abilities that will serve to carry out the
company objectives and the following responsibilities. WORKING AS A
TECHNICIAN OR TECHNICAL SPECIALIST FOR NSK - \n Repair and maintain
electrical and mechanical systems throughout manufacturing plant.
Perform preventative maintenance activities on equipment and
facilities. \n Learn machine troubleshooting techniques both
electrical and mechanical. \n Ability to apply and demonstrate
electrical theory and related knowledge to test and modify
developmental or operational electrical machinery electrical
control equipment and circuitry. \n Uses machine troubleshooting
techniques/knowledge to repair minor machine conditions under
supervision. \n Learns central systems, their functions and how
they integrate with operations. \n Monitors and tests equipment to
identify and diagnose and repair malfunctions, using test equipment
or software, and applying knowledge of the functional operation of
central systems. \n Repairs and rebuild mechanical and electrical
components of manufacturing equipment. \n Reads and understands
mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic prints. Identifies
parts/components of hydraulic and pneumatic systems and can explain
functions of components. \n Maintains neat, organized routing of
wiring and follows standards of good workmanship when routing
wiring and mounting components. \n Able to pull prints, identify
and request components. \n Installs, maintains, and repairs
electromechanical, electrical, and electronic components of
machinery and equipment. \n Ensures operation of machinery and
mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance
requirements on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems,
and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations
manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering
specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions. \n Work in a safe,
responsible manner complying with all Safety and Lockout/Tagout
Procedures. \n \n Experience / Requirements Required: \n Must be
eligible to work in the United States. \n Must be 18 years or
older. \n High School Diploma or equivalent. \n \n Preferred: One
to three years experience with troubleshooting, set-up,
change-over, maintenance, or repair of CNC equipment and robotics.
