The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, hands-on troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service in the field. Key Responsibilities: Install, test, and maintain equipment, systems, or devices at client sites. Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs or replacements as needed. Conduct routine maintenance to ensure optimal system performance. Provide technical support and training to customers on equipment use and care. Document all service activities, including installations, maintenance, and repairs. Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and materials required for field work. Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams regarding service status and technical issues. Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards. Respond promptly to service calls and emergencies as required. Qualifications: Strong mechanical, electrical, or IT troubleshooting skills (depending on field). Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, manuals, and schematics. Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. Physical ability to lift equipment and work in various site conditions. Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to multiple job sites. Certifications: OSHA-30 NFPA 70E
