Compensation $52,000$100,000 per year (Base Performance Bonuses) Actual pay based on experience, certifications, and productivity. What We Offer No weekends enjoy work-life balance Clean, organized, well-equipped shop Modern diagnostic tools & software Supportive, drama-free environment Consistent workflow all year Paid holidays & PTO Career advancement opportunities (leadership & training roles) Uniforms Key Responsibilities As a Lead Technician, you will: Perform high-level diagnostics and advanced repairs other techs cannot Support and guide technicians when they encounter difficult repairs Conduct quality control inspections to ensure repairs meet shop standards Help manage workflow and ensure jobs move smoothly from start to finish Train and mentor apprentice and junior technicians Communicate effectively with Service Advisors to ensure proper dispatching Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized work environment Promote teamwork, professionalism, and a positive shop culture Standard Technician Responsibilities: Diagnose, repair, and service vehicles correctly the first time Perform thorough digital vehicle inspections Document all findings and work performed in the repair order Verify and inspect all incoming parts Follow all shop policies, procedures, and safety guidelines What We're Looking For 5 years of professional automotive repair experience (required) Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills Ability to lead, coach, and support a team of technicians ASE certifications preferred (bonus pay for each) Excellent communication & time-management abilities Valid drivers license with clean record Positive attitude, integrity, and strong work ethic Attributes That Make You a Great Fit Honest Adaptable Problem-solving mindset Curiosity & desire to keep learning Resourceful and persistent Safety-conscious Team player with leadership qualities Apply Today If youre an experienced technician looking for leadership responsibility, steady workflow, and the opportunity to grow, apply now.
