position requires skills developed through formal training or work
experience, high attention to detail and accuracy with numbers. You
will work within established procedures and guidelines with limited
ability to modify approach and must complete assigned tasks with a
moderate degree of supervision. Operates special purpose equipment
for rubber mixing. Reads and interprets BOM. Starts and observes
mixing operations to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance
specifics as required. Job Responsibilities Weigh-up and operate
special purpose equipment for rubber mixing. Reads and interprets
Hemps and recipe specifications. Starts and observes mixing
operation to detect out-of-tolerance mixing and adjusts mixer
controls as required. Perform work in compliance with all safety,
environmental, and quality expectations. Ability to apply basic
written and verbal communication skills. Ability to apply concepts
of basic math and basic PC skills. Ability to read, write, and
communicate in English at a level sufficient to understand safety
instructions, complete required documentation, and communicate
effectively with supervisors and team members. High attention to
detail, accuracy with numbers. Ability to work with a sense of
urgency while maintaining accuracy and order. Ability to read and
comprehend instructions, work orders and drawings. Ability to work
independently and in a team environment. Ability to use personal
protective equipment is required for the role. Maintain regular and
reliable attendance and performance to meet production and business
needs. Ability to meet consistent attendance. Ability to work,
focus and thrive in a very fast paced and noisy work environment.
The employee must regularly lift, push, pull and/or move up to 20
lbs and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The employee
must be able to safely operate a forklift. Ability to work both
inside and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid
conditions. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized working
environment. Demonstrate unwavering commitment to HMH Values,

Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience Ability to exchange
straightforward information in routine situations Desired
Characteristics 3 years related experience. Certified to operate a
forklift. Experience with SAP. Able to work extended hours and
weekends. Knowledge of rubber molded parts. Additional Information
May be requested to work overtime and weekends as business needs.
5:00AM – 1:30PM Monday through Friday (with overtime as required –
shift will begin earlier than 5:00AM and/or end later than 1:30PM),
some Weekends from 5:00AM – 1:30PM. Must be legally authorized to
work in the United States on a full-time basis, now or in the
future, without employer sponsorship for employment visa status No
