Job Description:

Automation Personnel Services is looking for hard-working, experience sales professional to lead our branch located in Baytown, TX. In the role of Selling Branch Manager, you will develop your own sales territory by maintaining relationships with current customers and bringing in new ones to drive business. You will be an ambassador of our company, becoming a trusted face to our customers while adhering to company values and policy. You will also have the opportunity to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Rate:
Base Salary plus commission (DOE) $60,000.00 to $65,000.00
We are offering a Sign-On Bonus of $5,000.00 ($2,500.00 to be paid after 6 months of employment and the balance of $2,500.00 after 1 year of employment in the position).

Branch Manager Duties and Responsibilities
Create and implement a sales strategy that ensures you meet personal sales goals, as well as those set in place by the company.
Communicate with all current and potential customers on a regular basis, providing solutions as needed, and oversee all sales activity in your assigned sales territory.
Lead a team of recruiters to ensure open job orders are filled in a timely manner.
Submit reports on your sales activity regularly into the company's CRM software and maintain clean and updated records for all leads and customers.
Adhere to all company procedures, values, and policies so that you provide an accurate representation of the company to all potential and current customers.
Perform your duties as efficiently as possible, reducing costs when possible, and maintain receipts for all job-related expenses and submit them to accounting.
Coordinate with the accounts receivable department to ensure that all invoices are paid in full in a timely manner by your customers.

Branch Manager Requirements and Qualifications
--- 2-3 years of sales experience required.
--- Staffing industry experience preferred but not required.
--- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
--- Comfortable making cold calls.
--- Comfortable giving sales presentations
