    • Represents the voice of Safety Department on the Leadership -Team
    • Safety Process
      • Orientations and Refresher Trainings
      • Short Service Worker Program and 52 Week Safety Training Program
      • Incident Reporting/Case Management and Good Catches
      • Safety Policy and Procedures
      • Safety L-10 (Weekly Meetings) to identify and solve issues within the department
      • Safety Software
        • Ensure data integrity and timely processing
        • Support Team Assistance when needed
        • Must be able to:
          • Tweak and improve processes,
          • Case management,
          • Teach, support,
          • Encourage,
          • Delegate,
          • Welcome the challenge of traditional safety ideals in order to the -safest working environment for our teammates
          • Preferred to have been in a safety leadership position during a period of significant growth at an organization.
