      • Participate and help lead all phases of implementation
      • Prepare business requirements and create system design
      • Oversee software configuration, testing, training and deployment
      • Perform project management
      • Ensure quality assurance measures
      • Proactively manage client relationships and become a trusted advisor
      • Resource scheduling and project management
      • Supervise and mentor staff
      • Serve as an escalation resourceQualifications
        • 8+ years' experience implementing and using D365 CE/Microsoft CRM
        • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Management Information Systems, Supply Chain Management or related field
        • Experience with D365 CE/Microsoft CRM Field Service and/or Customer Service
        • Understanding of methods and tools used to customize and extend CRM business solutions
        • Demonstrated problem solving, attention to detail and critical thinking skills
        • Possess strong decision making and time management skills
