A-Line Staffing -is recruiting for a full-time permanent -Post-Acute Care Service Physician -in Baytown, TX. They are offering a generous compensation and a full benefit package. Post-Acute Care Service Physician Internal - Medicine / Family Practice/ PM&R/ ENT Physician - Skilled Nursing facilities - Full Time Permanent - Location: - Baytown, TX - Start date- ASAP - Scheduling model: - Monday - Friday - No weekends - -MD for outpatient services. - 70% Skilled nursing facilities, LTACH, IRFs and 30% home visits. Service 7 facilities in East Houston, TX area with 400 patient load. - Flexible schedule - mostly Monday - Friday - Post -Acute Care Service, Skilled nursing facilities, Home healthcare and Transitional Home healthcare - Compensation: - $200 - $220 base salary - annually - Full benefits including health, dental, malpractice, vacation (3 weeks), CME (3 days off) and $2,500 reimbursements, 401k For immediate consideration please reply directly to this posting.
