This is an amazing opportunity to play a vital role in team performance and ensuring the staff meets the highest industry standards. This individual will be responsible for working with management and directing training modules and programs for the emergency department staff.

This individual must have experience in emergency nursing and have a background in nursing education. Must have demonstrated experience at designing assessments, reviewing surveys and metrics to use the data to make recomendations for departmental improvement. This individual must have a BSN with a Masters in nursing or a related field a plus.
