Shift Staff: 1 CN, 1 rapid response RN, 5 RNs for 10 ICU patients
Night Shift Staff: 1 CN, 1 rapid response RN, 5 RNs, 1 PCT for 10
ICU patients Staffing increases based on grid Patient Ratios: 1:2,
1:1 Type of Equipment: Mechanical ventilators, balloon pumps,
CRRTs, Impella, EKOS EMR: Meditech Typical Skill Set Most Recruited
For: Candidates without these skills will not be considered for the
role 1 year ICU experience Preferred Skills: CRRT, Impella, balloon
pump experience Typical Procedures Performed: Bedside tracheostomy
and PEG Central line insertions Best Personality Fit: Works well
with others Team player Floating Areas: None Dress Code: Scrub
