Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care. Utilize advanced monitoring equipment and technology to assess patient conditions. Administer medications and manage intravenous therapies as prescribed. Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to changes in condition. Educate patients and families regarding care plans and health management. Ensure accurate documentation in the electronic medical record system.
