Assignment Snapshot Location: Pasadena, Texas Setting: Outpatient Primary Care Clinic Contract Type: Locum Tenens Dates Needed: December 22 December 23 December 26 Clinic Hours: Monday: 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM Weekends: Closed EMR: eClinicalWorks (eCW) Patients per Day: 5–10 (scheduled appointments only) Clinical Responsibilities The NP/PA will provide routine primary care services including: Chronic disease management Preventive care & wellness visits Acute primary care for non-emergent issues Medication management and refills Physical exams Patient counseling & education Efficient documentation within eCW No walk-ins, no urgent care volume, and no procedures beyond standard primary care.
