Job Description:
Memorial Hermann, a recognized leader in healthcare in Texas, is
seeking a dedicated and skilled Supplemental MRI Technologist to
join our team. This role is critical in supporting our commitment
to providing top-notch patient care and clinical excellence. The
ideal candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic
magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) procedures while ensuring patient
comfort and safety. This position offers the flexibility to work on
an as-needed basis while contributing significantly to our health
system's mission of improving health. Operate MRI equipment to
produce high-quality diagnostic images. Monitor patient safety and
comfort, and provide them with necessary care before, during, and
after procedures. Adjust scanning techniques based on patient needs
and clinical requirements. Maintain accurate patient records and
adhere to confidentiality guidelines. Collaborate with radiologists
and other healthcare team members to evaluate images and ensure
comprehensive patient care. Implement and adhere to health and
safety standards to reduce risks and enhance patient outcomes.
Proficiency in operating and maintaining MRI equipment. Strong
understanding of radiology protocols and anatomy. Effective
communication skills to interact with patients and healthcare
teams. Ability to work flexibly and manage time effectively.

401k Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
certification. Active state license as required. CPR certification
preferred.
