Job Description:

health agencies. As a Speech Pathologist, you will have the
opportunity to impact patient lives profoundly, working both
facility-based and in home-based settings. You will evaluate and
treat patients with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
and promote optimal health and well-being within a
multidisciplinary team. Assess, diagnose, and treat speech,
language, voice, and swallowing disorders. Develop individualized
plans of care in collaboration with physicians, patients, and their
families. Provide counseling and education to patients and families
on speech disorders and possible treatments. Regularly record
patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary. Participate in
multidisciplinary meetings to ensure cohesive management of patient
care. Guide and mentor clinical fellows and assistants. Strong
understanding of various speech disorders and treatment options.
Ability to build rapport with patients and work effectively under
pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid state
licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Certificate of Clinical
Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American
Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
