Opportunity – Pediatric Medical-Surgical RN – Houston, Texas Start
Date: February 23, 2026 Location: Houston, Texas Compensation:
Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 12-hour shifts;
4 weekend days every 4 weeks; no call required Highlights: 14–22
bed pediatric medical-surgical unit with a supportive,
team-oriented environment Patient ratio of 4:1; care includes cleft
palate repair, appendectomy, chest tube management, lumbar
punctures, and seizure management Services include neurology,
orthopedics, general surgery, and thoracic cases such as
thoracotomy and pectus bar implants EMR system: Meditech May float
to NICU Level 1 or 2 only Professional dress code: royal blue
scrubs Requirements: Current RN license BLS (Basic Life Support) –
required PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) – required ACLS
(Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) – preferred Pediatric
