Manager - ASC Clinical Quality provides leadership in daily
clinical operations of Kelsey-Seybold's network of ASC in
accordance with CMS and State rules and regulations, and AAAHC
standards for ambulatory surgical facilities. This position
develops and enforces compliance with ASC policies and procedures
and works closely with the providers, VP-ASCs, DON-ASCs, Sr. RN
Mgrs, Clinical Managers, Department Managers, Business Office
Manager, ASC Educators, Staff, and Medical Staff Leadership. This
position is responsible for identifying, implementing, monitoring
and reporting on Quality Improvement activities within the ASCs.

Qualifications: - MSN 2 years or BSN with 5 years of experience -
Texas RN - 5 years clinical in ASC, OR or critical care, 5 years in
management, education, infection control or research - CMS, State
Accreditation preparation experience - Knowledge of compliance
regulations and nursing standards for surgery - Excellent Microsoft
Office (Word, Excel, Power Point skills,) adult education skills,
quality/research skills - Driver's License and access to reliable
transportation Preferred Qualifications: - MSN - Specialty
Certification as AORN, CQHP or ICP - CMS, State Accreditation &
AAAHC Survey preparation experience - Adult educator experience,
quality and/or, outcomes monitoring experience. Infection control
or compliance experience - Computer-based education skills,
database development, and management skills Pay is based on several
factors including but not limited to local labor markets,
education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to
your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits

salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually
