Job Description:

are currently seeking a dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our
dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing,
managing, and treating speech, language, social communication,
cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in patients of
various ages. You will work closely within our interdisciplinary
teams to create and implement personalized care plans in both
facility-based settings and patients' homes, ensuring a continuum
of care that aligns with our commitment to excellence in patient
outcomes. Assess and diagnose patients with speech, language,
voice, and swallowing disorders. Develop treatment plans based on
individual patient needs and goals. Provide therapy interventions
to address speech and communication issues. Educate patients and
families on management and coping strategies. Maintain patient
records and document therapy progress. Collaborate with other
healthcare professionals to provide holistic care. Participate in
team meetings and professional development sessions. Expert
knowledge of speech disorders and treatment methodologies. Strong
interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work
independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Proficiency
in using speech therapy equipment and technology. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid state license in
Speech-Language Pathology. Certificate of Clinical Competence in
Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American
Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
