Job Description:
Touchstone Communities, a leader in senior living and long-term
care throughout Texas, seeks a dedicated RN Weekend Supervisor to
join our team. The RN Weekend Supervisor plays a pivotal role in
managing the nursing staff and overseeing the care of residents
during weekend shifts at our facilities. This position requires a
compassionate individual who values tailored care and aims to
foster a supportive environment that enhances the lives and
well-being of our elders. Supervise and schedule weekend nursing
staff to ensure optimal care delivery. Coordinate with healthcare
teams to maintain continuity of care. Monitor and assess resident
care needs and adjust plans as necessary. Ensure compliance with
all healthcare regulations and standards. Participate in training
and professional development sessions. Address and resolve any
issues or emergencies that arise. Maintain detailed documentation
of patient care and staff performance. Strong leadership and
organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Proficient in nursing practices and protocols Adept in
managing healthcare staff and responding to emergencies Ability to
