Key Responsibilities: - Assist the sales team in developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets - Coordinate and manage client inquiries, bookings, and contracts efficiently - Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients - Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate client information - Support event planning and coordination for group bookings and corporate events - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction - Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience in hotel sales, hospitality, or a related field preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Customer-focused mindset with a professional attitude - Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or sales is a plus We foster a welcoming and inclusive work environment that values growth, innovation, and teamwork.
