Job Description:

In this role the Recruiter will perform a full cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. A successful recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees, while growing a strong environment. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to: --- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy --- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications --- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives --- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards, newspapers, colleges, etc. --- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, and social media etc. --- Screen candidates resumes and job applications --- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule --- Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes --- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices --- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports. --- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process --- Promote company's reputation as the "preferred employer" --- Perform HR duties as assigned or upon request --- Compliance reporting and other related reporting as required for human resources KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/COMPETENCIES Required Education, Experience & Certification --- Bachelor's degree or and (3) years of experience in recruiting. --- Experience in Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, Power-point) --- Must have the ability to read, write and speak English Preferred Education and Experience --- Proven work experience as a Recruiter --- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, behavior-based and stress interviews etc.) --- Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc.) --- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably in Paycom --- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills --- Strong decision-making skills Capabilities --- Listen actively --- Clear communication --- Ability to work independently and show initiative --- Self- starter, sufficiently motivated to set and achieve company goals --- Able to maintain confidential information --- Organized and efficient in daily tasks; visual and auditory skills --- Critical thinking --- Collaboration Skills --- Analytical PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Employee is continually required to talk and hear. Must be able to stand or walk on feet for long periods of time. Lifting to a maximum of 20 lbs. WORK ENVIRONMENT Office and manufacturing floor, confined space, noise, extreme temps both high and low. Open air, and exposure to dust and fumes related to the industry well within safety standard
