Job Title: Services Engineering Manager Location: Baytown, TX 115-125K 10% Bonus 3 weeks vacation/2 weeks sick time Excellent Benefits 401k matching up to 5% Travel required 25-30% (mostly within TX) Top Reasons to Work with Us Provide leadership and day-to-day management of Services Operations Engineers and Engineering activities including New Product Development. The Operations Engineering team is responsible for supporting field installations, investigations, and planning activities as necessary to meet company and client needs. Services Engineering Manager will serve as technical lead on special projects and new service offerings. Develop and implement installation procedures, advise in the development of field service equipment, and facilitate the understanding and high-quality installation in all environments.
