Job Description:

Essential Duties:

• Administer & monitor internal Windows Server 2016 Infrastructure. Server roles include Active Directory, Federation Services, DNS, DHCP, Print, File, Remote Desktop, and Network Policy Services
• Maintain hybrid Active Directory User & Computer accounts
  • Administer Microsoft Office 365 Services including Exchange Online
  • Administer Microsoft Enterprise Mobility & Security Services
  • Serve as Tier 2 Help Desk support & Tier 1 backup
  • Assist with LAN/WAN Cisco Support
  • Administer & maintain VMWare- Vcenter and virtual hosts
  • Manage & maintain iSCSI storage environment
  • Perform routine after-hours maintenance (patches, updates, reboots)
  • Maintain warranties and documentation for critical infrastructure
  • Escalate support to vendor & own server support issues
  • Maintain & test backups of systems & data
  • Document System Asset Information

  • Additional duties and responsibilities as assignedEducation, Skills & Requirements:
    • Bachelor/ Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline; or equivalent experience/combined
    • Minimum of 2 years' experience in System Administrator or 5 years in Support Role in an enterprise
    • Prior or current CCNA and/or MCSE Role certification desired or obtained within 6 months
    • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues required
    • IT Automation, scripting and basic computer networking
    • Windows Server Technologies, Active Directory and Exchange preferred
    • Office 365 Administration preferred
    • Intune/ EMS Administration preferred
    • Strong organizational skills with a strong ability to prioritize and multi-task
    • Ability to adhere to and meet deadlines
