Insight Global is looking for a Junior Project Manager to support one of our largest IT Healthcare clients in the greater Texas area. This position will be fully remote. This person will be responsible for various projects related to network and data storage. They are expected to manage projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.

They will be responsible for overseeing up to a dozen individuals at a time, while also running meetings in an Agile enviornment with 4-5 cross functional teams on a weekly basis. General responsibilities include onboarding, creating project plans with different templates for construction sites, and working with vendors 20% of the time. We're looking for someone eager to grow within a company and eventually join the team full-time! This project manager will join a highly collaborative team that supports both small and large project scopes so great communication skills are imperative.

Skills and Requirements

Required Skills and Experience

* Minimum of 5+ years of IT Project Management.

* Bachelor's degree in related field, specialized training, or equivalent work experience.

* Experience leading technical infrastructure, network, security, and/or software development projects is required.

* Able to identify and mitigate risks while considering the big picture of company-wide impact, industry trends, and strategic implications.

* Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience as well as presenting business outcomes to technical teams.

* Coordination of resources (staff, equipment, vendors and consultants) across projects.

* Familiarization with project management tools such as MS Project, ServiceNow.

* Promotes teamwork, cooperation, respect, creativity, recognition, and provides ongoing coaching to employees.

* Strategic and insightful in their thinking, with good judgment and an intuitive sense of where to look for opportunities to support the business.

* Decisive, but open-minded, innovative, and entrepreneurial thinker.

* The ability to learn quickly and progress rapidly through on the job training with a desire to take on more responsibility. ** Telephony experience
