Job Description:
A company is looking for an Employment Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal guidance on various employment law issues, including
recruiting and employee relations
Review, revise, and scale employment policies and practices
Manage employment-related disputes and develop training programs
for employees and managers
Required Qualifications
JD with excellent academic credentials from an accredited law
school and active membership in good standing in at least one state
bar
4+ years of relevant experience in law firms, governmental
agencies, or in-house legal departments
Fluency in English and authorization to work in the United
States
Previous experience with healthcare, specifically within the
pharmaceutical supply chain, and HIPAA preferred
