Job Description Job Description Senior Complex Litigation Attorney Houston, TX | Hybrid A nationally recognized defense litigation firm is seeking a seasoned Senior Attorney to join its Philadelphia office, focusing on complex litigation. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a high-impact role with meaningful responsibility from day one, backed by a collaborative and supportive team. About the Role: The position involves managing a diverse and sophisticated caseload that may include general liability, catastrophic injury, personal injury, and transportation matters. The ideal candidate will be comfortable taking the lead on litigation strategy and execution, with the opportunity to work closely with high-profile clients and gain hands-on trial exposure. Key Responsibilities: Handle litigation matters from intake through resolution with minimal supervision Lead case strategy, prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, court hearings, and trials Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients, providing updates and strategic insights Collaborate with team members across the office and nationally on complex matters Ideal Candidate Profile: JD from an ABA-accredited law school Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania 7 years of litigation experience, with a focus in one or more of the following: general liability, personal injury, catastrophic injury, or transportation defense Strong writing, communication, and client-facing skills Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team Experience managing complex matters and first-chair trial work is a plus Legal project management skills welcomed Why Join?
