to the Senior Counsel – Corporate Team. Responsibilities Provide
assistance researching, investigating, drafting, preparing, filing,
organizing and distributing legal documents and presentations for
Chief Counsel and other attorneys, as assigned. Provide central
management of the contract intake and review process and lead
management of the contract lifecycle management (CLM) tool and
other workflow tools. Coordinate implementation of CLM and workflow
changes with IT team. Manage use and tuning of AI tools used for
contract summaries, redlining and insights. Manage workflow for
assigning requests for legal advisory work and reporting of the
same using the Onit Legal Intake tool. Handle execution of
finalized legal documents and distribution of fully executed legal
documents to internal business partners using Docusign or other
tools. Maintains contact templates and communicate regularly with
inside/outside counsel, (if any), third parties and internal
stakeholders regarding corporate and commercial matters. Position
will work closely with a second paralegal who will be cross
functionally trained on contract management including the
following: Manage IP/Trademark docket for renewals with the help of
outside counsel. Coordinate USPTO filing and artifacts and track
renewal dates for marks. Manage IP/Trademark enforcement using
various tools. Enforcement consists of reviewing domain and
internet cases for mark infringement with outside counsel and then
coordinating take downs, cease and desist, or other appropriate
activity. Manage NY cybersecurity exemption filings. Coordinating
with impacted departments and personnel. Skills & Qualifications
The GLCR Corporate Team is based in Houston, TX or Los Angeles, CA.
Bachelor’s Degree Paralegal Certificate preferred Excellent verbal
and written communications skills. Ability to work on matters
requiring focus, attention to detail and execution. Ability to
develop and manage relationships with multiple clients and peers
across a complex organization. Skilled at team work as well as the
ability to produce individual work product. Willingness to document
procedures, innovate them, and develop technology new workflows.
Proven problem-solving skills that demonstrate creativity.
Experience with Contract Life Cycle Management Tools (e.g. Contract
Pod Ai, Linksquares, Ariba), SharePoint, Power BI, Excel, OneNote,
Docusign highly desirable. Self-starter with a “can-do” attitude
and the ability to meet and exceed deadlines, prioritize,
multi-task, and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced, changing
environment. Compensation The anticipated salary range for this
position is $90,000 to $110,000 at the commencement of employment.
Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary
range. The actual compensation offered will ultimately be dependent
on multiple factors, which may include the candidate’s geographic
location, skills, experience and other qualifications. In addition,
the position is eligible for a discretionary bonus in accordance
with the terms of the applicable incentive plan. Corebridge also

position is based in Corebridge Financial’s Houston or Los Angeles
