REMOTE QUALIFICATIONS - You must have the minimum computer requirements available:

* Internet

* Recommended: Wired connection

* At least 15 mbps of download bandwidth

* Satellite internet is not supported or allowed

* PC

* Windows 10

* Intel i3 or Ryzen 3 CPU

* 4 GB of RAM

* Webcam

* Antivirus software:

* Configured for either real time scans or twice daily scans

* Configured for automated virus pattern updates occurring no less than every 24 hours

* Recommended: Dual monitors

* Zoom installed for remote assistance

* Mac

* OS X Catalina or newer

* Intel i3

* 4GB of RAM

* Webcam

* Microsoft Remote Desktop client installed

* Antivirus software:

* Configured for either real time scans or twice daily scans

* Configured for automated virus pattern updates occurring no less than every 24 hours

* Zoom installed for remote assistance

* Chromebook / ChromeOS

* Not supported

* Linux

* Not supported

Evidence will be required for all of the items except anything that is marked as "Recommended". We will provide steps as much as we reasonably can to help get that information.

Purpose and Objective

Senior Advisors educate, qualify and enroll prospects into health plans using Advise processes as well as quality and compliance guidelines. Senior Advisors may also assist Advisor in assisting clients and completing sales activities. With acceptable performance, you may be eligible for a full-time position. Bonus opportunities are available.

Essential Functions

* Must have valid IN or AZ Health Insurance License and be released from all carriers

* Absorb, retain, and explain a working knowledge of product plans and general Medicare information

* Assist callers quickly and professionally by fielding inbound calls to sell health insurance plans with Bloom's sales techniques

* Place outbound calls for member outreach and welcome calls to new members

* Provide accurate information to prospects using Advise's quality and compliance standards

* Communicate effectively with prospects and plan members over the phone, and in-person with co-workers and management personnel

* Proficiently work with Windows and comfortably navigating between websites to assist callers requesting information

* Work on a computer with two monitors for 8 or more hours per day

* Must have excellent attendance habits

Education/Skills

Advise has trained hundreds of Advisors to provide professional sales and customer service over the phone. Bloom will provide paid professional training, if you provide the education, skills, attitude, and following character traits:

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time, talk and hear, have close vision and the ability to adjust focus. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.

Work Environment

Advise's Licensed Health Plan Advisors may be required to sit for extended periods while listening, talking and entering caller data. Typing skills are required. Bloom is a professional office environment and routinely utilizes standard office equipment like computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Advisors will primarily work from home following initial training.
