• Provide excellent customer service while working with our customers to process their loan applications and/or loan refinancing.
• Present the customers with financial solutions that best fit their needs.
• Perform collections on past due accounts in a timely manner in compliance with laws and regulations.
• Perform cashiering duties by processing payments, balancing the cash drawer, and preparing daily bank deposits.
• Other administrative duties as assignedQualifications:
  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • English fluency is required. In some locations, additional fluency in Spanish is desired.
  • Required to have and maintain a valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
