Job Description:

DescriptionThe Material Handler is responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing material, tools, equipment, and products within establishments. Does not use powered equipment. Job RequirementsLoad/Unload/Relocate material as needed per Inventory/Production/Shipping/Quality Control requirementsEnsures all products are loaded accurately on trucksClose out trucks when all product is loaded and double check the staging areas for any non-WMS productOperate forklift to remove waste bins from production linesReceive raw material and verify against packing slipKeep all parts in designated area and material adequately stocked at all timesUnload trucks as requiredLoad trucks as requiredMove parts in process as requiredParticipate in job rotation through each cell which addresses cross training and ergonomical issues
