money.DescriptionSummary:The Customer Service Representative has
daily interactions with company customers regarding their accounts
and is the first point of contact for orders, problem resolution
and all account communications. Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:Talks with customer by phone or in person and
receives orders for assigned account(s).Supervises assigned
account(s).Delivers on customer expectations.Completed required
customer documentation, provides information regarding charges for
services requested, communicates changes with accounts and ensures
orders and changes are executed. Solicits sale of new or additional
services.Addresses complaints concerning billing or services
rendered; refers escalated issues regarding service failures to
applicable departments for investigation.Education and/or
Experience: One year certificate from college or technical school;
or three to six months related experience and/or training; or
equivalent combination of education and experience.Proficiency in
the use of computers; MS Office programsNotice to applicants
