Our extensive experience, connections, and deep expertise across different sectors, industries, and transportation modes, means we can be counted on for process excellence that will save time and money.DescriptionSummary:The Customer Service Representative has daily interactions with company customers regarding their accounts and is the first point of contact for orders, problem resolution and all account communications. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Talks with customer by phone or in person and receives orders for assigned account(s).Supervises assigned account(s).Delivers on customer expectations.Completed required customer documentation, provides information regarding charges for services requested, communicates changes with accounts and ensures orders and changes are executed.
