Job DescriptionHyster 360 Forklift Operator Automation Personnel Services is looking for a hard-working Hyster 360 Forklift Operator or similar type forklift for a company based in Baytown, TX. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for the inspection, loading and off-loading of large structural steel beams in a pipe yard setting. Pay Rate $17.50 per hour Schedule and Hours 1st Shift Monday through Friday, 5:00AM - 2:00PM some Saturdays and Overtime Hyster 360 Forklift Operator Duties and ResponsibilitiesInspect and evaluate the equipment daily.Report all defects or unsafe problems with the equipment.Understand the flow and layout of the yard.Receive material in the yard and make sure all paperwork in correct.Record information on the material.Understand DOT regulations on weight, capacity, length, width, and balancing loads to meet axle weight capacities. Hyster 360 Forklift Operator Qualifications and RequirementsAt least 2 years of Forklift experience.Hyster 360 experience or equivalent.Able to read tape measure and micrometer.Able to torch cut to length for customers as needed.Load/Unload rail cars and keep areal clean and free from debris.Good communication and organization skills.High School Diploma or GED required.Lifting ability up to 75 pounds (assessment will be administered).
