Job Description:
A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Management Operations
Supervisor to oversee and enhance call center operations in
alignment with client needs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of inbound call centers, focusing on
client service and performance metrics
Coach and educate agents to improve performance, ensuring adherence
to policies and procedures
Serve as the primary contact for internal and external inquiries,
resolving issues related to patient financial services
Required Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of experience in denial management/AR collection,
Pre-Reg, and Auth in US healthcare
Experience managing call center employees in a virtual
environment
Knowledge of EPIC software and healthcare billing practices
High school diploma or GED required; advanced education
preferred
Availability to work various shifts based on business needs
