Please apply only if you are familiar with plumbing parts and material** The Role: As a Data Entry employee, you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to ensure that appropriate minimum and maximum stock levels are maintained and accounted for, and all administrative duties are performed accurately and timely. You will help coordinate staff to maintain a safe and accountable workplace. Responsibilities : Verify counts and prices on shipments. Receive and log in material. Maintain computerized purchase order (PO) system. Maintain and track department equipment. Assist in daily product and material research for technicians. Help team identify and reach goals and KPIs. Monitor performance to ensure that accuracy and team goals are met. Communicate clearly and build rapport with all team members. Promote a healthy and honest work environment. Help shape company culture by living out agreed upon values, specifically ethics and integrity. Requirements: Valid drivers license. Able to pass drug and background checks. Management experience a plus. Ability to inspire and lead others to attain company goals. Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Quick, sound decision-making abilities. Able to work with a sense of urgency. Become passionate about the company and its mission/vision.
