Our client is currently seeking a Level 2 Desktop Support
Technician to provide technical support onsite in Baytown, TX. The
ideal candidate must have a valid driver's license and reliable
transportation.Scope of Activity and Responsibilities: Provide
exceptional customer service interfacing with high-profile client
executives onsite Familiar with various operating systems (e.g.
Windows OS, OSX) Manage triage, troubleshooting, and resolution to
client scope on IT equipment Document efforts, issues, and
resolutions, and close cases / tickets daily Insight into POS, PC,
Printers, Thin Clients, Client, Servers, Network switch equipment
Occasionally works at heights of 20' to 25', lift equipment
training provided Complete all assigned projects and tasks Required
Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 1 to 2+ years of IT support work
experience A+ Certification - Can become A+ Certified during the
project on own time OEM Certifications (Dell/Lenovo Etc) a plus
Apple / Mac Experience Experience imaging from Network and USB
Laptop / Desktop / Printer hardware and software support experience
Ticketing software experience ServiceNOW experience a plus
Excellent time management and reporting skillsW2 only, no Corp to
