Job Title:Client Service Analyst 3Location:Houston, TXWhat
you'll do:As a Client Service Analyst - Level 3 - you will be
responsible for the day-to-day administration of large and/or
complex client accounts and ensuring excellent client service and
delivery to the client base.What we are looking for:
- Complete day to day operations of assigned accounts and
reporting delivery to those clients with minimal direct
supervision.
- Read and interpret trust indentures with regards to reporting
requirements.
- Create technical report specifications from indenture
language.
- Set up payment calculations in a variety of in-house
systems.
- Receive, map, and reconcile periodic collateral data.
- As required, make tax elections, file for EIN's, and track
residual holder transfers. As required, perform portfolio
compliance tests on a selection of structured fixed income deals
(trade testing).
- Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual payment and/or tax
reports. Coordinates with operations teams to ensure correct
payments are received and made.
- Perform quality control review of reports, meeting timeliness
and accuracy standards.
- Frequent interaction with asset managers, investors, auditors,
and rating agencies
- Responsible for ensuring excellent service delivery to a book
of CLO/Loan Clients in the Corporate Trust Business.
- Will likely be involved in new client pitches.
- Leading and contributing to business-related
projects.Qualifications
- High School diploma required. Degree from a college or
university degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of direct experience, in CLO Trustee and
Levered Loans experience or other directly related experience.
- Must have strong communication skills, especially speaking and
