Responsibilities:- Conduct sales presentations and promote solar energy products to potential customers- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business- Utilize Salesforce software to track leads, manage customer information, and generate sales reports- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to team successExperience:- Proven experience in solar sales or a related field- Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets- Proficiency in using Salesforce software or similar CRM systems- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team- Knowledge of the solar energy market and industry trends- Experience in door-to-door sales is a plus- Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirableWe provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities to help you succeed in your role as a Sales Representative.If you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales and solar energy, we would love to hear from you.
