Job Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by understanding their needs and interests Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits in a clear and compelling manner Guide customers through the sales process from initial contact to final delivery Follow up with prospective customers and maintain ongoing relationships with past clients Maintain current knowledge of inventory, features, and financing options Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience Achieve individual and team sales goals as outlined by management Participate in ongoing training and development sessions Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and demeanor Strong customer service orientation Self-motivated with a willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment Must possess a valid driver’s license and be insurable Education and/or Experience High School Diploma or GED required Prior sales or customer service experience is an asset but not required – we provide training for the right candidate
