industries. Position Overview As a Managed Services Sales
Specialist, youll play a critical role in driving revenue growth
for Elevate Technology by identifying new opportunities, building
relationships, and delivering tailored IT solutions to businesses
in the Houston area. This role combines technical expertise,
consultative sales skills, and a passion for helping clients
succeed. Youll manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to
closing, ensuring a smooth handoff to internal teams for
exceptional service delivery. Key Responsibilities Client
Prospecting and Business Development: Generate leads through cold
calling, networking, and referrals to consistently grow your
pipeline. Develop relationships with key decision-makers, including
business owners and IT leaders, to understand their challenges and
identify tailored IT solutions. Sales Presentations and
Demonstrations: Conduct engaging presentations and product demos to
showcase Elevate Technologys value and ROI. Clearly articulate
technical solutions to non-technical audiences. Account Management
and Retention: Build trust with clients by delivering on promises
and providing ongoing support as a technology partner. Ensure
smooth onboarding and successful delivery of solutions by
collaborating with internal technical teams. Sales Strategy and
Execution: Meet and exceed revenue targets, generating a minimum of
$15,000 in new recurring revenue per quarter. Maintain high-margin
deals while staying aligned with client needs. Market Awareness:
Stay up-to-date on IT industry trends, competitors, and evolving
client needs to position Elevate Technology as a leader in managed
IT services. Essential Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree
required; MBA preferred. Experience: Minimum 3 years in IT or MSP
sales with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas. Skills:
Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. Excellent
communication skills (written and oral) with executive presence and
sound judgment. Ability to prioritize and manage competing tasks in
a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM tools, such as
SalesLoft (our CRM platform is custom-built). Attributes:
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven. Strong drive for
results and the ability to exceed sales quotas consistently.
Additional language skills are a plus. Travel: Willingness to
